  • We strive for on-time delivery; however, JBR International Ventures Private Limited is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen transit issues.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

5. Return and Refund Policy

At JBR International Ventures Private Limited, we prioritize quality and freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered and accepted.
  • Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or sub-standard product, please report it to us at sales@jbrinternational.in within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds: Upon verification of the issue, we will offer a replacement or a store credit/refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
