Return & Refund Policy

At JBR International Ventures Private Limited, we prioritize quality and freshness in every product we deliver. Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, the following policy applies to all orders placed with us.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer. This is in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or sub-standard product, please report it to us immediately:

• Contact us at sales@jbrinternational.in within 2 hours of delivery.
• Provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details.
• Our team will review your complaint and respond within 1 business day.

3. Refunds

• Upon verification of the reported issue, we will offer a replacement or a store credit / refund.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued only for verified quality issues and not for change-of-mind requests.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
• Customized or made-to-order items cancelled after production has begun will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Products that have been consumed, partially used, or altered after delivery.
• Quality complaints reported after the 2-hour window from delivery.
• Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
